Wörth – This year, about 90 trainees and dual students will start their careers at the #MercedesBenz Wörth plant. #jurgenhartwig, member of the Board of Management of #Daimler #truck AG responsible for Human Resources and Labour Director, visited the junior staff at the site. The new colleagues had the opportunity to ask #jurgenhartwig questions about the company, his person and his personal career, as well as his duties on the board. In addition, the junior staff showed him what they had learned so far at individual stations during a joint tour of the training workshop.

The plant is training a total of 350 young #people across all years. The #MercedesBenz Wörth plant offers vocational training in nine trades (six technical and three commercial) as well as in seven dual courses. Vocational training courses are offered for electronics technicians for automation technology, specialists for warehouse logistics, production mechanics, industrial mechanics, clerks for office management, clerks for digitization technology, motor vehicle mechatronics technicians for commercial vehicle technology, motor vehicle mechatronics technicians for system and High-voltage technology and process mechanic for coating technology. In addition, there are dual courses of study: Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Digital Business Management, Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Industry, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics.
In addition, #Daimler #truck offers a large number of student internships for students as well as internships or theses for students.
